Discover EUCLID Policy Hub: the Green Policy Lab Mediterranean platform
🌱 How can successful green policies be shared, adapted and replicated across Mediterranean territories? Discover the EUCLID Policy Hub, a collaborative platform bringing together policymakers, experts and practitioners to exchange knowledge, explore policy instruments and identify opportunities for greener and more resilient living areas.
Developed by the Dialogue4LivingAreas project, within the framework of the Interreg Euro-MED Green Living Areas Mission, the EUCLID Policy Hub is an online space designed to strengthen policy dialogue and facilitate the transfer of knowledge and good practices across the Mediterranean.
The platform brings the Public Transversal Euro-Mediterranean Living Lab (EUCLL) online, creating a collaborative environment where public authorities, researchers, projects and other stakeholders can connect, exchange experiences and contribute to evidence-based policymaking.
By bringing together policy instruments, territorial information and opportunities for collaboration, the EUCLID Policy Hub aims to bridge the gap between successful project results and their uptake in public policies.

The platform offers five interconnected sections to support knowledge sharing, policy development and cooperation:
- 💬 Working Space: Five thematic working groups provide opportunities to discuss policy challenges, exchange good practices and co-create recommendations on green mobility, green energy systems, green and climate-resilient spatial planning, green community engagement and financing the green transition.
- 📚 Catalogue of Policy Instruments: A searchable repository of strategies, regulations, initiatives and good practices from across the Mediterranean. Users can explore and compare instruments by country, topic, type and other criteria to identify approaches relevant to their territories.
- 🗺️ Map of Policy Instruments: An interactive map showing where different policies are being implemented, helping users understand their territorial relevance and explore their potential for adaptation and replication.
- 📅 Policy Windows: An interactive timeline highlighting opportunities to influence, improve or implement public policies, including consultations, political processes and gaps in existing policy frameworks.
- 🤝 Community: A space for experts, policymakers and practitioners to share insights, discuss policy challenges and exchange experiences, supporting continuous dialogue and collaboration.
Together, these tools create an ecosystem where knowledge can be transformed into practical policy action.
From knowledge sharing to policy action
One of the platform’s key objectives is to help ensure that successful approaches developed and tested across Mediterranean territories can inform policy decisions and be replicated elsewhere.
Through the EUCLID Policy Hub, stakeholders can identify relevant policy instruments, assess their applicability to different territorial contexts and explore opportunities to introduce or strengthen sustainable policies.
The platform also encourages continued collaboration, allowing stakeholders to contribute their own experiences and policy instruments, while supporting exchanges between those developing solutions and the authorities interested in adopting them.
